If this is all there is, I don't want it!

Many of us have had encounters with churches or people who call themselves Christians that left a bitter taste in our mouths or even hurt us.  I know that I have been, and I have friends and family members who have turned away from God because of what Christians have done.  But just because Christians have harmed us, doesn't mean God will.  Even if Christian religion has made you sick of church, it doesn't mean that Jesus isn't worth a second look.

I want to invite you to give Jesus another look.  I invite you to investigate a group of Christians that is through being religious; we want to be real.  We are Christians who strive for healthy relationships, not the appearance of perfection.  But most of all, we are people who love Jesus.  We love Jesus because of what we know of Him from the Bible and we love Jesus because of what He has done in our lives. 
 
Hi, my name is Ryan Gerbrandt and this is my family.  We moved to Edgerton, MN in August of 2006 to help start a new church.  We're here to share the hope that fills our lives--the hope that knowing Jesus brings.

We've all been scarred by sin.  None of us is better than another.  But there is a Healer, and we have found that He is very good.  At Living Hope EFC, we want to celebrate the life we've found in Jesus, and we want to share that life with you.
